Watch it here!
I had a great time being a guest on the Camera Shake Podcast with Kersten Luts. This was a unique podcast for me in that the focus of our discussion was primarily about storytelling, and why I believe the story is the most important component of toy photography (yes, I believe image quality is second to the story).
Listen in as we cover a wide range of topics on the subject of storytelling, including why the image below was a major milestone in my development and journey as a toy photographer (spoiler alert - it's the story).
A heartfelt thanks to Kersten for taking the time to learn more about my thought process and the ongoing journey I've been on.
This podcast can also be listened to at:

But I recommend watching it on YouTube, so you can see my slow but sure transformation into a full-blown cyborg (it starts with the computer monitor eyes)
And be sure to check out all the other podcasts on the Camera Shake YouTube Channel, where you'll find compelling interviews with a variety of other photographers and deep dives into different genres of photography.
